My name is Cathy. I haven't taken dieting seriously in several years and it shows. I look at pictures of myself and think "That really can't be me can it?" The day after Christmas I decided today is the day. Since then I have been using My Fitness Pal and find it a very fast and simple way to track my food intake. Now what???
