need motivation injury depression

Hello iv been injured with a shoulder injury for a year now or so. I was getting better so i began to do my normal routine I was wrong the shoulder injury was not gone it came back
I was going to a physio i got discharged I am doing the exersise she told me to do and im feeling better im doing them rigorous than before.
I really want to start my normal routine but i know its better until i see the physio and get the go ahead until then I am just going to do light workouts but i will be doing workout like rear delts and pulling because my injury was caused by to many pushing workouts and not enough pulling
have you gotten through depression slightly because its been 1 year im sick and tried of this shoulder problem
