Newbie To MPF

So this is my second time using this app. First time not so successful. After going to the dr and NOT getting good results after my blood work, it scared me pretty bad.

I have been tracking my food daily and have lost 26lbs in 5 weeks. I was shocked but super excited.

I am unable to exercise due to a tear in my achilles tendon, which will require surgery. I am dealing with the pain until I get my weight down.

I will say..Some Days Are Better Than Others, I get very discouraged but trying to stay positive and look at the long term goal!

    I hope you are able to get that Achilles fixed so that you are able to exercise. Not only will it help sustain your weight loss (although I don't think 5 lbs per week is a sustainable rate over the long term), but intense exercises like a HIIT program can produce improved blood profiles even in heavy people.

    I agree.

    Love working out in the gym and the feeling afterwards. Just hoping I can get this taken care of without surgery. Too many football injuries are catching up to me now.
