Does this sound like a good idea?

i've been trying to find a weekly workout routine that will do well for me, and I was wanting some feedback on what I came up with. (Just started this schedule today.)

Monday: Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred: Level 1

Tuesday: Jillian Michaels: Banish Fat Boost Metabolism

Wednesday: Walk Away The Pounds with Leslie Sansone - 5 Mile Advance Walk

Thursday: Jillian Michaels: No More Trouble Zones

Friday: Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred: Level 1

Sat&Sun: Rest Days

I've also heard that it's not good to take two days off in a row to rest, but the weekends are the only time my husband and son are both home all day from work/school, so I like to spend those days with them. Is taking those two days off in a row going to hinder my progress?
