Looking for an app that will help me remember excercises?

I am looking for the best app for my iPhone that can do the following:

- Pick a pre-designed weight loss workout (complete with sets, reps, instructions)
- It will lead me through it with a list (and maybe images so I remember how to do it) - click when done and it moved to next one.
- Maybe has some motivation (personal trainer yelling at you) or a timer, etc.
- Involved gym workouts (not home or bodyweight workouts).

What is your favorite app that can do this?

    I have been using Jefit. You can find ready made workouts on their website, and it syncs with the app on your phone. It lets you track weight lifted, sets and reps completed, and has a rest timer between lifts. Nothing else as far as motivation as far as I know though. You can even track change in weight lifted over time, so you know how much you've improved. To be honest, I haven't used anything else, though. Found this one in my first shot and fell in love!

    Jefit is what I use as well. I like it.
