Hi guys!

Joined this site recently with a huge amount of determination to BULK!!!!
This site was just what i was looking for,upto now i used to eat without counting my calories, now that i know
how many i need i can plan each meal and hopefully achieve my goals soon!!

    I'm bulking too right now, plan is to gain 20-25 in the 6-8 months.
