Post all of the things you have done right! It seems like a lot of posts focus on what went wrong. So here is to something different; let go of the self loathing and post your success no matter how small.

Mine:logging even though I'm not proud of what's in the journal, staying mentally aware of my intake and habits (good and bad), and knowing when to just take a break because obsession is not good (whether it be obsessing over logging or counting or exercising).
