Gluten allergy + getting fit with my fiance

I've gone from 31.6 BMI to 25.3 by working out and eating better over the past year and a half. About half that weight loss has been since May. My goal is 21.6. Since May, I've gone from not being able to squeeze into my size 32 jeans to my most recent size, 29 in jeggings.

I used to eat way too much sugar. In May, I started to cut back drastically because I'm gluten intolerant. Now I feel so much better, and I lost over 20 pounds in a few short months. I'd never realized how much sugar was a part of my daily life! Nowadays, I get stomachaches and mood swings when I eat more than a few bites of wheat, so I avoid it as much as possible, and keep other sugars lower too.

I'm excited about getting fit for the future with my fiance! As we are get ready to move in together, I'm looking forward to a healthier future -- learning to cook, walking our dog and living more of a workout lifestyle.
