Hello!

I'm introducing myself here and participating in the forum a bit, in hopes that doing so will help me
stick to my health goals. I am trying to do 21 days sugar free. The first two days have been unsucessful so far - I ate ate an entire chocolate bar today. Other than that, my diet was pretty healthy. I have meals planned out, and did all my grocery shopping on Sunday. There is no more chocolate or other sweetened items in the house now, and I hope that this helps the rest of the days be successful. Ultimately, I want the willpower to follow through on my goals and be able to consciously choose to not eat something even if it is available and super tasty.

    Welcome! I've only been here a week, but I've found this site to be AMAZING so far!

    Congrats on trying to go sugar free! It's also my motivation for being on here (I'm pretty much addicted to sugar) and need to change my habits. I'm on day 7 - I've had sugar but not in the form of chocolate or candy or sweets and for me that's unheard of for a day (although I am going to have sweets tomorrow for our staff party... I'm hoping it doesn't completely derail me but I know if I don't allow myself and treat sometimes I won't last and I'll binge).

    I've found adding friends on here really helps as well as the forums - try readying some success stories! Each day is a new chance to start over, but the main thing is to keep trying! Feel free to add me and we can motivate each other to stay away from the sweets!
