Getting in the mind set

Hi everyone, I am new to this site and already love it. I have 15 pounds to lose. I hate when my clothes start getting snug. I'm looking to drop the 15 pounds and tone up at the same time. I just have to get in the mind set. I normally go to curves 3-4 times a week, which is awesome for toning. I started my seasonal second job in November though, which leaves me no time to get to curves.(curves has limited hours which stinks) The winter weight has once again creaped back on. I haven't found a 24-7 work out place that has resistance machines. Anyone know of one? Good luck all. Lets do this!

My son belongs to 24-hour Fitness and loves it. Also, you may want to try some DVDs you can do at home. I love the Slim in 6 Series from beachbody.com. Check them out! :flowerforyou:0
