Almond joy anyone?

Okay, there was a post on here a while ago about delicious things to do to your oatmeal. I am Steel Cut Oatmeals cheerleader so, I was very interested. I just made some super delicious Almond Joy Oatmeal.
I made my steel cut oats (not the quick cook kind, although I do that on days I work) and added to them a half a serving of whole raw almonds, a tablespoon of hersheys special dark cocoa powder (unsweetened), a packte of splenda, and then layered it with organic unsweetened medium shred coconut. I've been working the kinks out of this for three days and todays was fantastic! yesterday I stirred in the cocunut and put too much cocoa and it was gummy. It was delicious!!!

Calories 325
Fat 15
Saturated Fat 6
Protein 10
Carbs 4
Fiber 8
Calcium 65MG
(Keep in mind that 7.5 grams of that fat were from just the almonds alone....)
You could make it without the almonds and save yourself 85 calories.
