This Time I'm Keeping it Off!

Since turning 30 yrs old (2 going on 3 yrs ago) and having 2 kids I have found myself in a vicious cycle of losing than gaining, losing than gaining weight over and over again. I actually enjoy exercising and have always been athletic. I have the drive and motivation at times, but get sidetracked with my crazy schedule. I fluctuate in weight too often. I know it's a lifestyle change to maintain your goal weight which I will be working hard to attain.
My mini-goal is to lose 7 lbs by my b-day, Feb. 6, 2011. My overall goal is to get to my comfortable weight which keeps me at a healthy BMI and to fit in my old clothes again, that will require me to lose 23-27 lbs. I find this tool helpful to keep me on track and to be disciplined with tracking my calories.
