New member--First day

My daughter sent me this link. I am really finding it hard to walk and maintain my house due to my weight. I have tried to loose weight for years. I am commiting myself to try this. I plan to call a personal trainer i know from the health club i belong to. She will come to the house for sessions. I going to ask her to come every Monday for 10 weeks to get me off to a good start. I plan to try to do at least 30 cardio 5-6 days a week and diary my foodl intake.
I could use lots of encouragement.:noway:
