This time, it's for real!

My name is Katy, I'm 20 years old and though I'm not decidedly overweight, I've always been slightly unhappy with my less than muscular frame. Two summers ago I hardcore worked out with motivation from a bad break up and got down to 120 and had some sick-*kitten* abs, but then I met my current boyfriend and the pizza and burgers and ice cream piled up again.

So!

I am currently around 125 pounds and 5'2". I want to be at 122 by my sister's sweet sixteen on Feb. 5, and I want to be at 117 by the end of March. My motivation? I should be getting engaged in the next six months and I want to look good for the pictures!!

I'm working out at least 5 times a week for 30 minutes and eating what is necessary to eat, relying mostly on salads and fruit with some greek yogurt or chicken for protein.
