hi everyone.

About me. I am 38, male, newly wed, a daddy and a sick childrens nurse living in the UK.

I want to loose a lot of weight, but I am setting myself realistic goals. So please feel free to add me as a friend and we will go this journey together. First goal is 10kg by may. I have plenty to loose.
