help !

so I'm new to this counting calories but I did really good yesterday. I ate enough so I was full all day never hungry and I worked out then put in my info and it said I still needed to eat 500 sum calories or else I was putting my body into starvation mode. But I don't want to eat just to eat to make calories if I'm not hungry. and I was spot on for my protein,, carbs, sugar I was under.
I don't know what to do! any advice would be welcome !
