help !

so I'm new to this counting calories but I did really good yesterday. I ate enough so I was full all day never hungry and I worked out then put in my info and it said I still needed to eat 500 sum calories or else I was putting my body into starvation mode. But I don't want to eat just to eat to make calories if I'm not hungry. and I was spot on for my protein,, carbs, sugar I was under.
I don't know what to do! any advice would be welcome !

Dont eat the extra calories if your not hungry, Did you get at least 1200 Cal in? I usually only eat back half of the workout calories I burned0

I am also having the same problem! It is very frustrating because I eat 1200 a day burn 500, and my scale says I need to intake another 570 due to the exercise. I am full, until it comes to later that night and I begin to get headaches, and my stomach growling. Then I wake up weigh myself, and I have gained .2 pounds. I think my body is going into starvation mode? So I am going to try to fit in the few extra calories in my meals.0

Depending on how much weight you have to lose, you need to be eating either some or all of those calories earned by exercise. Please read these and you will understand more. Good luck!:flowerforyou:
