Amen to that!!! My cousin's husband serves... I pray for him and thank him daily! He has toured in Iraq at least twice... he has two, beautiful, little girls and a georgous wife at home! God bless him! And all others who serve our country! Thank you for my and my family's freedom!

That's probably written by Frye, and it wasn't a eulogy for a veteran.

Nice poem, though!

Anyway, Memorial Day isn't the same as Veteran's Day, but yeah!

I heard taps on Friday night when I was in Downtown Denver. it's amazing how people turn any holiday into a reason to raise a pint! :drinker:
