Egg whites with oatmeal pancake

I was making a pancake with egg whites and oatmeal a while ago and I got the recipe from here. Now I can't remember exactly what I was doing. The person that posted it made one big pancake (the size of the frying pan) and ate it with jam on it. Can anyone help me??

I'll try that one but the one I was making was only egg whites and oatmeal. I just can't remember the quantity I was using.
