    That is what I would be doing.

    Also, definitely look into glucosamine and fish oil for joint health.

    have you been checked by a doctor? This sounds like it could be chronic, maybe a joint problem. Could be something like arthritis (there are different kinds), or a ligament or cartilage problem. It could be a simple matter of some therapy or medicine.

    Inflammation can be quite painful and is relatively easy to deal with if you catch it early on.

    walk girl walk you will get there set a goal everyday and dont let yourself down i started by walking this weekend did 5 miles in hour and 2 sec dont give up on yourself before you start start where you can start and than move on to what you can do next
