My husband wants to take me to dinner and a movie this weekend, and he loves Cheddar's ( me too!) but I can't find any nutritional info anywhere! Any ideas?

    when you get to the restaurant ask the manager for a nutritional info sheet every restaurant i've been to lately has one. I went to jason's deli for lunch today and the manager was more than happy to help me. He even asked me why I needed it and I told him about this site and he said that he was going to check it out.

    As for choices the tilapia and shrimp or the grilled chicken with the shrimp or a salad jsut be careful the dressings.
