    Some of my favorites:
Boom Boom Pow - Black Eyed Peas
Neutron Dance - Pointer Sisters (seriously!)
Here It Goes Again - OK Go
Are You Gonna Be My Girl - Jet

Go to Pandora.com and check out the Kumbia Kings station...anything latin, reggaeton, and hip hop (think Zumba music) is a great way to keep your booty on the elliptical!

I need some new tunes too. My iPod is seriously lacking, and hasn't been updated for a year!

Rihanna. Hands down the best workout music. Obviously not anything like "Unfaithful" because that's way too slow but all her songs like "Shut Up and Drive", "Rockstar 101" and "Disturbia" are GREAT songs to keep you movin' :)

    Sum 41
    Blink 182
    New Found Glory
    Taking Back Sunday

... punk songs that have lots of musical interlude ( guess you’d call it) and powerful energy.

I like the metal when i lift weights, so cancer bats is by far the best, rhianna is a really good one too, ANYTHING by pitbull (he's a booty shaker)...The new kings of leon when you're stretching or cooling down. and you know in the movie super troopers when the german's get pulled over in their super sleek grey sports car? the german techno song they're blaring in the car is fantastic! it's 5 minutes long and gets me through the end of my cardio.
  • Lady GaGa, Ain't no Rest for the Wicked by Caged Elephant, I wanna get free by the Vines, anything Beastie Boys....:)

  • I wouldn't wear my itouch 4 for pumped up athletics because I'd worry about dropping it. However, I like to download talk radio podcasts to listen to while I'm walking. Their smooth chatty interesting conversations help me go into auto-pilot mode. There are tons of podcasts for hobbies, interests, crafts, books...etc, whatever interests you.
  • I NEED it to be hip-hop songs. Anything new that you'd hear on the radio.
Right now, I really like Get Outta Your Mind by Lil Jon.
Ke$ha works too. Blah Blah Blah was my jam for a while.
Sometimes I like listening to Eminem too, just to hear the lyrics. It almost makes me forget that I'm walking on the treadmill.
  • OH! I also like Can't Believe It by T-Pain.

A few songs I've found good for weight-lifting and for cardio (in keeping with the hip-hop theme).

Jay Z & Rihanna - Run this Town
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yVA-xTBeHyM

Marino ft. T-Pain - All the Above
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YEYxOPtQqWw

    Nelly - Just a Dream
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N6O2ncUKvlg

And my absolute favorite song for getting pumped up before a big lift:

Tomoyasu Hotei - Battle Without Honor or Humanity

Let's keep the suggestions coming!

Hollaback Girl by Gwen Stefani....I always chant, ain't no hall of fat girl, ain't no hall of fat...it keeps me going on the eliptical. I actually thought those were the lyrics when I first heard the song, thankfully my 16 yr old clued me in on the real meaning, I am such an eighties girl
