    yup,yup,yup, went to the mall today myself. Left my Hubby at brookstone in one of those "try me" masage chairs (he could stay in there for hours) and away I went. Victoria's secret, YUM!!!!!LOL

    when I am by myself running errands mixed with house work, I forget to eat then I have burned so many calories, that my hypoglycemia kicks in and big time rush....

    and not the good kind!!!

    but yeah, shopping is a great way to burn calories...
