Hello everyone! I'm new to the site, and as I've been exploring I'm getting more and more excited! I don't have a huge goal as far as weight loss goes, only 8 pounds, but I joined mainly to get healthy and fit. I'm hoping this site will motivate me to get back to my ideal weight/body by exercising and eating healthier, and ultimately maintaining that lifestyle. It seems a little overwhelming so far, with having to track calories and everything I eat (I've never done something like this before) but I'm sure in the end it'll be worth it! Hope everyone is doing well with their goals
