A little confused.

For the last 2 weeks, everytime I exercise, the longer I walk, and the more calories I burn, the less I feel like eating, and I find I have to force myself to even eat 1200 net calories (about 1000 calories less than I should have). Has anyone else gone through this, support, and/or advise would be appreciated.

yep yep, but pretty soon you'll be starving...keep the food continous through out the day...try drinking your calories if you're not hungry, especially after working out...drink your protein drink or make a smoothie...eat at least half your calories back...pretty soon your caloric intake will drop when you lose more weight and you'll wonder what happened lol...i went from 1610 to 1500 calories, i eat the same but i work out harder lol what can i say, i like food. just make sure you keep eating proper foods.0

When I know I'm upping my workout, I try to up my calories earlier in the day so I have less to eat back after my workout.
Maybe try to have bigger meals during the day so your calories load after your workout isn't so big....
An idea

yes i have, and then i feel i might gain weight because i dont eat enough. when i am short on calories, some peanut butter and some veggies, or have a smoothie, i usually would rather drink stuff sometimes than eat. add some juice to the smoothies, my fav is strawberry/pineapple and adding some apple or cranberry juice to it.0

You'll be hungry.
Just remember to eat healthy.

Good Fat, nuts, avocado.
Good luck.

Ronny,
Sometimes I find that I am burning enough of my own stored "energy" when I work out that I am less hungry as well. Or that the hormone highs induced from a good workout will supress my urge to eat. This can be a good thing in some cases, but if you aren't getting the nutrients and proteins you need to recover then it may be detrimental. Try adding in a Whey Protein after workouts such as IsoPure or Nectar (Vitamin Shoppe carries them). They aren't filling, and are fast acting proteins which we all need more of after workouts as opposed to the casein proteins found in most supplement shakes. Those are slower acting proteins and higher in caloric value so those make better meal supplements if you want to maybe drink some of the required calories.0 -
uuughhhh.. i just hate it because whenever i start a diet, in the middle of the month i start eating more again... that that ruins all the effort that i try to put into it... well now i will be trying to update and track my food0
