slow going with last 10 pounds

I only have 10-15 pounds to lose. I know that's not much compared to some other women here, but it's the MOST stubborn weight. I think most people would consider me small and fit, but these pounds will mean the difference between rock hard abs and thinner arms (which makes a difference for my wedding in June!)

I feel like I'm not changing very much, despite all the working out and dieting.

Just venting I guess! If anyone has a similar experience, I'd love to hear it.

How much are you working out? For my last 5-7 pounds that has been a huge. Counting calories is a big part of it but I know that my routine and finding what worked for me was key in getting the last few pounds off. I still need to tone up but that will come with time. :o) Cutting out things like fast food, pure sugar and after dinner snacking might be things to examine if you haven't already. Those were other things that helped me out! :o) Welcome to MFP! :o) And congrats on your wedding!!!

I'm not there yet, but I have read that the last 10lbs are the most stubborn to get off! Changing up your exercise routine and/or you calories seem to be common tips from other members.

I'm in the same boat, last 11 though. I have noticed that weeks I exercise more are better than when I don't get to workout as much. I have also noticed that I am hungrier, so I started eating more of my exercise cals. Funny, I'm eating more than I was and the last few days I've lost way better. Finally got my 3 Christmas pounds back off :) I'm thinking I'm not done yet either. If my % body fat isn't where I want it at goal I guess I'll be making a new goal :/ Oh well! Healthy is healthy and I've come way too far to quit now! Good luck!
