30 Day Shred

How is everyone doing with it? I just finished day 5 on level one, and I'm thinking after this week is over I'll move to level two. I hear it is alot harder, but I need the work out. How are you guys planning on moving through the levels?

    I am doing with this with a few other people, and we all agreed so far on 10 days per level. I would say I am almost ready for level 2, this will be my 5th day also (as soon as I get home and do it, haha). I am loving/hating it! I can tell it is a good workout though-so I am hoping I will see the results I want.

    It's Jillian Michael's putting women through hell! LOL

    It's this crazy intense DVD that JM (from biggest loser) put out consisting of 3 levels of 25 minute work outs. It's circuit style so you do 3 mins of strength,2 mins cardio and 1 min of Abs each circuit and you do 3 circuits a level. Wicked workout if you don't mind being sore the next day!
