Hi, I'm Erin in Elk Grove....I'm a personal trainer but grapple with food every day. Got 20 pounds to lose before my next marathon....another 5 to lose before triathlon season. Wish me luck!

    Good Luck! I hope to run at least a 10K again soon. I use to run every day and lost 70 pounds about 6 years ago. I have gained 30 back over the past 3 years and have not exercised at all in two. I am trying to get back on track and make it routine again and not something I think about doing, but feel like it is just part of my day.
  • Hi - I'm a single working mom and looking forward to getting in better shape. My desire is to become more svelte and catlike, so when I go dancing I can really get my groove on! :3
