I would like to say hello. It's monday, the usual start of my diet week. for the most part I eat well up until Wednesday and then the diet falls apart. i'm hoping that w/ this website, things will change. anyhow, i'm 26 y.o. nursing student. I also work fulltime, which leaves little time for myself. i'd like to loose at lease 15lbs before the year is over.

    Welcome, dianamg81!

I don't know if you speak French, but there is a post (from last week) looking for people to speak in French...look through the general discussion topics on the last (most recent) couple pages. I lost 7 pounds overnight....but I was in the bathroom all night-if you catch my drift. I know, TMI already.

My family members in the medical professions seem to have less time for themselves, too. And it seems pizza is the food of choice!

    Good luck on your goal.

I had lost about 20lbs before counting calories so i know it works, if you keep with it. i'm hoping this website gives me the motivation that i need.
