Why are we not rewarded with calories when we enter weight training exercises? Is it just a glitch?

Enter your weight training under "cardio". Just search for "Weight Training".0

It's not a glitch. It's because eveyone burns calories WAY different for weight training. For best results use a heart rate monitor to track your exact calorie burn and log it as"weight training" under the cardio section.
Hope that helps!0 -
I think its because it's hard to tell how much someone will burn. It will depend on how many breaks you take, how long the breaks are, the weight you're using, how vigorously you performed each exercise, etc..... But if you have a heart rate monitor with calories burned then you can always just put it under the cardiobascular section.0
