Just a small challenge, nothing major...

Anyone join me in ten sets of ten reps of crunches/ sit ups?

    I am in. I will aim half for bicycle crunches and the other half for normal crunches. Will try sit ups in the next week or once i picked up the pace.

    Thank you Reese for posting it. Finally went to gym to did the C25K and I did 60 bicycle crunches. 60 normal crunches and 20 lower abdominal crunches.

    Yesterday i was tired to do it. But today i did 100.
