Kinect calorie burn

Does anyone know how many calories you burn while playing any of the kinect games on xbox???

    I play the Ps3 and the game called Active too its a personal trainer it hurts i felt it the day after but i recommend it :laugh:

    I have Your Shape for the Kinect. I really like it and it tells you how many calories you are burning on the screen. It counts them as you are going and tells you your total for the entire workout at the end. Now it is all guestimating. It obviously depends on how hard you push yourself.

    I'm trying to figure that out myself so whenever somebody knows for sure keep us updated. I know about some of the games but I was wondering about Kinect adventure and sports? I'm having alot of fun. Right now I'm kindof using the wii advance step because I know my heart POUNDS alot harder then when I'm playing the wii.
