Sugar overload?

I don't quite get it... per the site, my daily goal of carbs is 171 and my sugar is 25. I never go over in carbs, but always go over in sugar--- but it's from fruit and veggies and my daily lite yogurt. I honestly don't know what I would eat to keep to just 25g of sugar a day. I also don't even come close to the 171g of carbs... Shouldn't carb intake and sugar correlate? Thanks in advance for ya'lls input and advice!
