jogging

okay, will my exercise for now i have been trying to jog at least two times a day. one time n the morning:happy: and later before i go to sleep... well i don't jog all the way, i would walk and jog. during my walk i don't just walk i power walk and try to tighten up my mid section and tighten up my buck tucks and do my walk for at least 5 mins and start jogging so like you can say pace myself. well... it have been working out for me. i do see a big change. and i need to keep this up... two workout a day won't tired me. i have to keep that in mind. well in couple weeks i will be going back to the gym so yeah i am hopping to see more success. well.. later what i am planning is to keep a treadmill at home and go to the gym i am still going to used my treadmill and tone up at the gym. thats my moto:happy:
