...this is my new version of the word FAT. I am trying to accept that word, but it's difficult, as it generally is only used to make someone feel ashamed or disgusting. Right now, at this very moment and this point in time, I am trying to work on *#! acceptance. I am trying to love myself and accept myself, not DESPITE my body, but INSIDE my body. I am hereby starting a support group for *#! acceptance. Not that I or the group are going to condone being overweight, but we are going to support each other no matter what size we are or how far we have to go. That's what MFP is all about, right? This is about standing behind people when they seemingly destroy their own progress (which I very recently did) but allowing them to still love themselves. This is about not hating your curves, and not waiting until you lose weight to enjoy the things you want to enjoy. This is about being able to walk in front of a crowd of people without feeling anxious or terrified of their reactions to you!
Anyone who is interested, please, feel free to post anything you want, but I would like to start off with everyone listing the things they truly love about their bodies. Anything, whether it be your hair or your toes. There is no reason we can't enjoy our bodies and moving them about and using them the way they were intended to be used. We don't have to weight (haha) until we are "thin". Let's accept ourselves now, so that we can better accept ourselves when we finally meet our goals!

Things I love about my body:
♥ My eyes.
♥ My wrists.
♥ My random freckles.
♥ My neck.
♥ Immune system!
♥ Nimble fingers.
♥ Flexibility.
♥ Increased energy!
