Hello, I'm new to posting to this forum. I'm Snapper, I have working on losing weight some success until I got down to 264 lbs. So I'm trying something different. I'm only allowing myself the no exercise calorie amount, even If I have an extra 1000 calories allowed. I'm also limiting my fat intake to 50- 60 gram per day. I hope to report a loss in a week or two.

Good luck, I try to stay with the regular calorie limit without the exercise but I always end up giving in. I can't fall asleep hungry!0
