Hi Guys,
I'm looking to lose 15kgs by May 2011 and 25kgs by September 2011....
I see a PT Mondays and Wednesdays (where we focus on weights)
She said for me to focus on Cardio when I'm not with her and was thinking what would be the best most effective way to do this??
Go to the gym for an hour in the morning and then a fitness class in the afternoon or just a fitness class or go for a 6km walk or something?? bahhh- please help need to keep my motivation uppp!

Can you still walk? If so, you're not doing enough.
All kidding aside. I did an analysis of my weight gain of 100 lbs over 10 years and turns out I only needed to be 96 calories over my maintenance level to do that.
So, any time you exercise even 10 o 20 minutes a day makes a huge difference over time.0 -

Thanks- That helps me out.... 6km walk this afternoon it is!0
