Hi everyone. I am new to the site looking for a bit of accountability and encouragement I guess. I am going to lose the weight I have gained over the last 6 years of living in rural NH. Lucky for me Dairy Queen closes for the season...if only Olive Garden would too! :smile: I started 5 days ago...not planned as a new year thing..I just didn't want to start during the holidays...and so it begins...

    Hello everyone. I am new to the site also, myself and some coworkers are doing a New Year, New Me Challenge against other employees and I found this site and hope it helps me stay on track! I am looking forward to losing some weight in the process too!
