hello... so yesterday was not that great... happiness-wise it was pretty good, but eating wise it was not... i went out for lunch with a friend and we over did it, but we enjoyed it, so i guess that is all that should matter. here is how it went:
breakfast:
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup skim milk
2 slices multigrain toast
4 tbsp natural peanut butter
snack:
1 banana
1 yogurt
mini carrots
22 almonds
lunch:
4 mozza sticks (the yummy breaded, deep fried ones)
grilled chicken panini
side tossed salad
1/2 creme caramel
snack:
1 banana
supper:
stirfried pork with mushrooms and onions
mushroom sauce
2.5 cups rice
sooooooooo.... not so great. i didn't binge, which is awesome! but i still could have done without the appy and dessert at lunch. but it was a happy lunch, and when i am happy, i eat.
today is going to be pretty good. it's raining out, so i'm not going to get outside much, but i thoguht i might go to chapters and do some work on my novel... or manybe go to a movie, something to get me outside of the house. i'm going in for surgery on tuesday, so i have to make sure i eat all of the stuff in my fridge that will go bad. i'm going to my mom's for a week to recover. nothing like a mummy to make you heal better. here is the meal plan for today, however repetitive and unhealthy it may be.
breakfast:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 slices of multigrain toast
1 100g slice of ham
snack:
1 banana
mini carrots
1 yogurt
lunch:
2 eggs, and some ham as a sandwich on 2 slices of whole grain toast
1 yogurt
cucumber slices
snack:
1 banana (damn bananas lol)
1 yogurt
mini carrots
supper:
4 or 5 slices of multigrain toast made into french toast
fruit syrup (sugar free, made out of prunes. it's actually really yummy)
1 cup milk
snack:
cucumber slices
so as you can see i have a surplus of eggs and bread lol. ah well, i like monotony, but i hate throwing out food, so there it is. i can't take anything with me to my mom's because i wont be able to chew lol.
so all in all not a horrible day, but not entirely within healthy eating guidelines... i may do lunch at the mall, so that may change a bit, and i might get a hot chocolate or something at the cafe, but that's about it. i have to clean my house today to get ready for leaving because when i come home next saturday, not feeling well, the last thing i want is a messy house.
anyhow, that's it for today. hope it's a good one.

I'll have to differ with you about how yesterday went eating-wise:
You did great!
Especially in splitting the dessert. And your snacks were super-healthy! It looks like you have a very healthy meal plan for today, probably healthier than most options available at the mall ...
I'll be rooting for you!0
