So much going on right now, it's hard to commit but I've made the goal for 4 days a week working out. Staff lounge is a challenge, as well as planning my own healthy meals. I live in a different community than I work, so I don't really know anyone in my neighborhood, my friends at work are great, but I guess I'm looking for more support from mfp! Trying to lose baby weight, and slim down for a wedding! Tips, and tricks welcome!
