My name is Danielle and I am 31 years old. I have a 3 month old son and a wonderful husband of 7 years. I am looking to get in shape and be healthier so I can be around to watch my little man grow up.

    Hi I am a 36 yrs old mother of 4 just saw this site and thought it might help me with my life style change. I've been trying for 1 yr now with going up and down I will do good for a few weeks and then just give up
