I'm New Too! Great site!

I just started at the beginning of this week. I met with my husband's works wellness coach who gave me the motivation to get started. I have not exercised formally for over 1 year where I came off working out 1 1/2 hours per day. I cannot believe this website exists, it truly is a lucky find (actually suggested). Now I am always, always very busy and not a couch potato but have made everyone else and everything else a priority for far too long, including house chores no less. It's my time NOW....I would like to lose 25 pounds but my true goal is to lose 15 which may not seem like a lot but it can take time. I will be 40 and have had a son...I think it does get harder to lose. But....I can only do what I can and at the end of the day if I answer the question "have I done my best?" with a yes-great!
