Newb to MFP ...

Hey
im Kirsty and im new to MFP im trying to sort out my health and wellbeing ..
Im currently around 5 stone over weight and was seriously considering WLS even booked a consultation... but have now decided i need to give it one more go ...

Ive yo-yo dieted lots Ive been on Cambridge WW SW .. all wth some success but no maintance .. SO .. Before i get any weight related health problems (so far ive been lucky) that i should do somthing again for me and my family .....

So ive joined the GYm ... My induction day is Tuesday 11th and im aiming to use it at least twice a week to begin with and build from there and also swim once a week ... I need to turn new things into habits so i come to look forward to them


So there ya have it .. a little bit about me xxxx
