    Oh Yeah. I remember in my pre-heathy days eating 2 plates of the Hamburger Helper Cheesy Hashbrowns with ground beef, covered in ketchup! Those were the days!

    Anyone try this? I might have to. I'm not a cauliflower fan, but love cheesy potatoes. However, hubby is allergic to potatoes so I may have to do this...besides, who can't use more veggies in their diet?
