No Bake Cookie oatmeal
This was a happy accidental discovery. I didn't bring a lunch to work, so I made a bowl of oatmeal with stuff I keep at my desk. I was running out of regular peanut butter to put in it, but I found a jar of chocolate peanut butter (Dark Chocolate Dreams from Peanut Butter & Co) and used that instead. The result was pretty amazingly delicious. It smells and tastes like no-bake cookies! Here's how I did it. Take:
-1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Rolled Oatmeal (95 cals)
-2 tbsp Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter (170 cals)
-1/2 cup water
Put everything in a bowl. Microwave for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
