Could I be eating too little?

Hello Everyone! I am new here and I am almost afraid to admit my previous skepticism at a 'weight loss tracking site' - but thus far, I have found it enlightening to actually track my food / exercise. In any event, here is my question: I have been working out 4-6 times a week (never less than 4 times a week) for 90-120 minutes each day. I do a combo of cardio (elliptical trainer then treadmill at an incline (from 8-15) and / or bike. Then I do the remaining time with weight training. While I have enjoyed some shrinkage of my clothing and some obvious boosts in my strength and endurance, I have not really lost 'weight.'

Background: 39 years old, female, athletic past (but slacked over the years, had 2 kids via c-section), active lifestyle - however, at least 75 pounds overweight.

No matter what I do, I can't loose the fat. I eat about 1300 calories a day. I drink water and tea. I have eliminated white bread, most sugar, chocolate (although I do slip and indulge in some Fro-yo). I have had metabolic tests done, saw an endocrinologist, tried eating less, exercising more.

My question is: with the amount of exercising I am doing, why can't I loose POUNDS? I understand the muscle weighs more, but 2 years of it, shouldn't I see results??

I'm frustrated. HELP!
