i just started this fitness today 1/6/11, and so far today i'm all pumped up about it !! i'm really over weight like i need to really lose 100lbs but i'm just gonna take this thing 1 day @ a time, so wish me luck! thanks

Welcome, Its great that your pumped up. It helps to have that can do attitude. I joined in sept 2010 and have lost 46 lbs. I started with eating better and less. and doing a 15min workout everyday which took atleast 25 from all the breaks I had to take. Now I can almost make it thru an hour in an hour. :happy:0
