To lose weight do all 4 (C, C, F, P) have to be within my D

The reason I ask is because I am new and this is my 1st week and I constantly go over on my Protein and sometimes fat.

No, they don't. Those are recommended levels. I constantly go over on protein as well. I guess I'm really a meat-eater (okay, so it's usually chicken or fish). I also occasionally go over on fat. The two things I really watch are the calories and the sodium. The sodium is so easy to go over, and its so bad for you. I confess I often go over my goal in that area as well.
But in spite of that, as you can see, I've lost a lot of weight. Every step we take in the right direction is a step closer to our goal!0 -
No, for weight loss the only number that really matters is you total Calories. Many users of this site change the amount of C, F, P for their daily goal. The Protein number is pretty low so that would be the best thing to go over on, and you can still eat a balanced diet eating double the MFP recommended calories.0
