Hey fellow health and fit seekers,

I'm a new mom (for the second time) and my goal for the new year is to lose the baby weight and then some. I am using the TurboFire exercise program and nutrition guide to reach my goals. My ultimate goal is to just live a healthier life by making better food choices and exercising on a more consistant basis. I have no excuses people...I'm on MAT leave so I have the time and now it's just a matter of doing it and keeping at it!
