I have been weighing in every Tuesday morning. As of today, I have decided to only weigh in twice a month. I will weigh in on the 1st and 15th of every month. I find myself being too obsessed with weekly weigh ins.

    I do once a week, I pick Saturday morning because my folks have a medical grade scale at their house (due to a medical thing from my grandmother) so Saturday morning I go over to my folks house before I eat or even drink anything. strip down to my underthings and weigh in. Makes me feel better even if I only lose a point something.
