I have 200 calories left for the day (thank you birthday cake!). It's 3 o'clock and I'm not hungry at all, but I know I'll want those 200 calories later. So, any suggestions on what to do with em?

Sauteed veggies and egg whites! You can eat a good amount for 200 calories. Then take a walk or workout and eat a fruit and some yogurt/cottage cheese, etc.. You'll be fine.
  • workout and get some of those calories back :)

Yes you can have an awful lot of egg whites and veg for 200 calories, an egg white vegetable omelette sounds like a good meal although I hate throwing the yolks away so cook them and throw them out for the birds or leave them in the shell and pop outside if you have hedgehogs...they love them

I would say if you can keep dinner moderate, just go over a bit and have dinner as usual. I find going over my cals once in a while really helps my weightloss pace. But thats just me

I always have a glass of wine or two when I have calories left at the end of the day. :drinker:

Double or triple them by working out you silly girl!
200 will get you about 2 tablespoons of peanut butter - that's it! LOL
    Good Luck.
Next time think before you eat the cake.....

What i would do is do a smoothie. Make sure you don't use a lot of juice though. I have some pineapple and strawberries, or whatever you like, and put a little bit of cranberry juice or apple juice, or again, whatever you like. fruit is low in calories and having like a cup of juice added will give you about 200 calories. Watch the sugar of the juice though.

    Yep!

Or just get in some exercise to gain back some calories.
  • One half a medium sweet potato [cinnamon, cloves, and truvia or splenda], 2 ounces of grilled chicken breast and a cup of broccoli with a sugar free parfait. Throw in a few berries for a snack later in the night.

What I am having for a late lunch and it is so filling, plus only 185 calories.
  • I'm gonna break the mould and say have a 2 finger kitkat...summat u'll really appreciate..know it's bad for you but that's what i'd use my 200 on if i had em!
